When and how to talk to your child

📞
From the third full day
Hours: 19:00–20:00
From day one you can speak with your child's counsellor by calling the camp — they will put you straight through. From the third day, campers may use their own phone during the same hours.
🔕
Recommended limit
2 per week per family (4 in total)
To help with settling in and independence. Outside these hours the counsellor keeps the phones in the camper's locker.
If the line is busy
We are out and about
If the line does not answer, it is because of excursions, the beach or camping out. Try again within the calling hours.
